Steeping Instructions

What You’ll Need

1 tsp matcha powder
2 oz hot water (about 75°C or 170°F)
2/3 cup hot water or steamed milk (dairy or plant-based)
Sweetener of choice - optional (honey, agave, or beet rock sugar)

Hot Matcha
Add 1 tsp of matcha to a small bowl.
Pour in 2 oz of hot water and whisk until the powder is fully dissolved and smooth.
Add 2/3 cup of steamed milk or hot water and whisk again until frothy.
Sweeten to taste. (optional)


Iced Matcha Latte

Follow the same steps as the hot version to dissolve and whisk the matcha.
Let the mixture cool.
Pour over a glass filled with ice.
Add cold milk and sweeten as desired.
Stir, sip, and feel refreshed.

Matcha Shake
Add 1 to 2 tsp of matcha to your favorite morning smoothie or protein shake.
Blend well for a smooth, delicious antioxidant boost. Enjoy!
