Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 CAD within Canada and the United States. For international orders and orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-21 business days (depending on location and customs processing)
Customs & Duties
For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
