How to Make The Perfect Cup of Tea
HOT TEA: Start with fresh cold water (filtered if possible) and bring to a boil. Let stand for 1 minute. Pour hot water over tea leaves, or tea bag steep for 2 - 3 minutes strain, and enjoy.
ICED TEA: Start with fresh cold water (filtered if possible) and bring to a boil. Steep a little longer then pour over ice.
IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 85ºC/185ºF. For Food Safety reasons bring water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to 85ºC/185ºF.
