As a child, I was always sick. I was an asthmatic. This disease brought me close to knocking on heaven’s door a few times.

With the understanding of plants and herbs I was rescued many times by old wise men and women in our small community in Norris, St. Thomas Jamaica.

That’s were experience of healing herbs began. As a healthy adult, I can attest to the medicinal benefits of teas.

Chamomile
