I had my first matcha latte not too long ago. It was nice and smooth with a pleasant, grassy flavor. I saw a recipe recently featuring dark chocolate truffles rolled in matcha powder. I think I need to make those in my near future.

Matcha seems to be really a little good addition to your diet. I have to admit I’ve not really tried it that much as I wasn’t a fan of the taste, but I could probably do with giving it a go in different forms.

I love the taste of matcha in small doses cause I find that it can be overpowering. For me, when there’s too much matcha used the bitter aftertaste is horrendous. Proper matcha though… is just so good!
