Ingredients: Cinnamon pieces, ginger pieces, hibiscus, fennel seeds, rosehip, chamomile, licorice root, orange peels, raspberry leaves, cloves, cardamom, alfalfa, linden flowers and black peppercorns.

Steeping instructions

Use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea for 8oz cup of water.  Pour freshly boiled water over tea leaves and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.  Sugar and Milk not recommended.

Water Temperature: 212 °F or 100 °C
Steeping time: 5 - 10 minutes
Suggested serving size: 1 teaspoon/250ml or 8oz
