The 8 oz jar- 8 servings of two tablespoons a day. 20 calories per serving
How should I store my Sea Moss gel?
You should refrigerate your sea moss gel upon arrival. The Sea Moss will gel overnight in the refrigerator and is good for 4 weeks in the refrigerator. To extend your gel, you can freeze it for up to 1 year.
Sea moss is rich in iodine. If you are currently taking Iodine supplements, please consult with your physician before consuming this product.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to your favourite beverage, or food, or simply enjoy it by itself.
