Steep time: 
  • Mild: 1-2 min 
  • Medium: 2-3 min
  • Strong: 3-5 min
  • The Amazing Tea Company's recommendation: 2-3 minutes.

  • Brewing Made Easy:

    • Ideal brewing temperature: 85ºC/185ºF (start with 100ºC/212ºF and cool down).
    • Hot Brewing: Infuse briefly, pour off, and re-infuse after a minute for your desired strength.
    • Iced Tea: Steep, pour over ice in a 12oz/375ml glass, add sweeteners or lemon to taste.
