Steep time:
Mild: 1-2 min
Medium: 2-3 min
Strong: 3-5 min

Brewing Made Easy:

Ideal brewing temperature: 85ºC/185ºF (start with 100ºC/212ºF and cool down).
Hot Brewing: Infuse briefly, pour off, and re-infuse after a minute for your desired strength.
Iced Tea: Steep, pour over ice in a 12oz/375ml glass, add sweeteners or lemon to taste.
