Luxury grade Japanese green tea.  Matcha is finely ground de-veined green tea leaves. Renowned for its use in the historic Japanese tea ceremony. It is a green tea powder valued for its concentrated taste, mellow umami sweetness and the health benefits of a high antioxidant content, fiber, and chlorophyll. One cup of matcha has the nutritional equivalent of ten cups of infused green tea.

Steeping Instructions

Like it Hot? Place one MatchaPod in travel mug/bottle; fill the container with  5-7 oz hot water and shake until pod dissolves (5 - 10 SECONDS).  Enjoy!  Not recommended for use in plastic containers.   

Matcha Latte: Follow hot instruction adding 1/2 cup water, shake well until pod dissolves. Add 1/2 cup of hot milk (you can also use almond milk, coconut milk or soya milk). Shake vigorously until froth appears. Add sweeteners (optional) such as honey, beet rock sugar or agave nectar. Enjoy. 

Another great way to enjoy the benefits of matcha is to add 1 MatchPod your smoothies. It blends really well and adds a great healthy boost of antioxidants. You may also explore the other uses of Matcha in drinks, cooking, and desserts.

Like it Iced? Follow hot instruction. Let whisked mixture cool. Add crushed ice and shake well - Enjoy
